Artswork’s role as a South East Bridge organisation
Artswork is part of a national network of Arts Council England funded organisations. Our job is to ensure all children and young people experience the richness of the arts both in and outside of school.
We have been funded £4.7m of National Lottery money to deliver this role from 2012 to 2015. Artswork is one of 10 Bridge organisations nationally who support the Arts Council’s strategic work with children and young people.
As a Bridge, Artswork connects arts and cultural organisations, children and young people, families and schools across the South East of England.
We also further enhance and strengthen the learning offer of arts and cultural organisations through increased connectivity, skills and development and knowledge exchange.
