Readipop are recruiting for a new Programmes Coordinator

The Programme Coordinator facilitates the delivery of Readipop’s education, workshops and events programmes, including coordination, administration, marketing and has an overview of all activities. This is an office based role, based within Readipop’s rehearsal and recording complex in Reading.

Principal Responsibilities
1) To have an overview and understanding of all education, workshops and events both on and offsite
2) To carry out administration for Readipop programmes, projects and events, ensuring that organisational systems are recorded and up to date.
3) To liaise with artists, schools, participants, project partners and internal staff to ensure the smooth running of education events and projects.
4) To help maintain databases, create website information and other digital media content relevant to Readipop’s programme of projects.
5) To coordinate the marketing of events and projects to ensure that attendances are maximised (see below).
6) To support the management of selected projects as delegated by the directors or project leaders.
7) To attend education events and collect feedback from participants.
8) To respond to all telephone, postal and e-mail enquiries promptly and act as a point of contact for individual artists, schools, participants and project partners.
9) To maintain and update records for DBS Enhanced Disclosures registration details for artists and volunteers.
10) To carry out effective and efficient administration and planning including application and bursary process, meetings of volunteers, maintenance of procedures manuals, purchase or loan of all supplies, services and equipment as necessary.
11) Coordinate the main Readipop diary including events, workshops, studios and deadlines.
12) Attend team meetings and keep/share notes and tasks.
13) To undertake any other duties as required that are commensurate with the general level of responsibility of this post.

Salary: £18038 pa
