Lost Property

We hope it doesn’t happen to you, but if you happen to lose anything over the festival weekend  report it to the security team or box office staff, or contact office@readipop.co.uk

What to do in an emergency
All our team will be wearing lanyards. Locate a member of staff for any emergencies who will be able to assist or find the correct assistance.
Food and drink
We have a great selection of food on site and a main bar. Only pre-prepared food for your own consumption (picnic food) and sealed soft drinks (no alcohol) in plastic bottles (no cans) are allowed on site. If not you can leave them with security and collect them later.
Found children
Please report any missing or found children to the festival security team, box office or Readipop staff in the family area.
Is not allowed inside any tent or structure.
Facilities including disabled toilets and baby changing facilities are available across the site.

Free drinking water is avaible on request from the bar.

Disabled Access + Carers Tickets

Paved level access is available from Gosbrook Road and Wolsey Road. Access is also available via Hills Meadow car park along the river and under the bridge.

Anyone with a valid ticket (or who purchases a valid ticket at the gate) who attends the Festival with a registered carer, will be eligble to a free ticket for the carer.

Litter and recycling
Please help us keep Readipop Festival tidy by disposing of your litter responsibly. There are plenty of bins on site- please use them or take your rubbish home. Our waste is all sorted at the depot to ensure we recycle our waste!
Fire safety
BBQs and fires are not permitted anywhere on site. Fire extinguishers are located throughout the site next to each of the stages and attractions. Please be aware of dry parched ground in hot weather and make sure cigarettes are properly extinguished.
Crime prevention
Large gatherings of people at festivals can provide easy pickings for thieves. Be alert and don’t present thieves with easy opportunities by keeping your belongings with you at all times.
Reading rail station is 5 minutes from the site over the new bridge. There are bus stops nearby on George Street and Gosbrook Road.
Hills Meadow car park is nearby on George Street. Access the site via the riverside path under Reading Bridge.
Shading from the Sun
While we want you to enjoy the festival and the unexpected British summer time, we also want you to be safe. We are allowing festival goers to bring small coverings on site as long as they’re less than a metre high, if the weather is notably hot.
Bringing chairs
Festival goers are allowed to bring camping or deck chairs with them on site.
Pets / Guide Dogs

Only Guide Dogs are permitted entrance to site.
